Paypal language issue – wrong language

Hi there

On this website: http://www.jevondangeli.com – I have eStore installed.

The client lives in Spain, but his customers need to see the Paypal checkout in English, rather than Spanish. He says he has made sure his options within Paypal are set to English, and I have tried everything in this post:

Any ideas why this might still be happening?

It seems to be intermittent, as I don’t see it in Spanish (I’m in South Africa), but others (here and elsewhere) do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just did a checkout and I get the English version with an option to change the language in the top right hand corner of the PayPal’s payment page. Some users who have PayPal accounts and have told PayPal to show it in a certain language will probably get that language but I am pretty sure that new customers with a fresh browser cache will get the English version as I got it.
