I’ve been set up and running for a bit now and suddenly I’ve been getting this email from PayPal:
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:
[https://neyssalee.com/paypal/ipn]
That is in fact my website and what I thought it should be so not sure how to fix the issue. I did get clients telling me that things weren’t working on their end when they go to check out.
I tried looking at my backend of PayPal and it looks just like when I set it up. The IPN listed there is in fact the one above. I haven’t changed anything on the storefront recently (maybe added a coupon a week ago, but haven’t had issues with those in the past).

It is likely you have added a firewall to your site that is blocking PayPal’s IPN notification.
