When a user applies a 100% discount, and enters the “checkout with paypal” button – they get an error from paypal and the transaction is not processed through the WP eStore.
PayPal does not allow you to do a $0 transaction. (because it means a $0 fee for them?). Since you are using eStore; you should setup the “Redirect to Manual Checkout For Zero Amount Purchase” option.
