The plugin works great up until i have to payout, then we are completely lost. I have an affiliate to pay out but when I go to manage payouts, if I use option A, I click generate report, the system states “Payouts Report Generated” then underneath it states “No Pending Payment Found.”
Option D doesn’t tell me who I have to pay.
Payouts history shows a date paid, no other info
How do I know what affiliate to pay? So I go to Sales Data but the only option there is to delete entry. Are those paid or pending?
I watched the video on how to pay affiliates, do we manually have to make a this file or does the system do it for us?
If it is saying that nothing found then that means, there is no one who needs to be paid out at this stage.
Are you using a value in the “Minimum Payout Balance” field? If you are then what value is it? Can you confirm by going to the sales menu that the affiliate generated commission since the last payout?
If you know which affiliate needs to be paid out then in option D, you enter that affiliate’s ID and it will tell you how much payment is outstanding for that affiliate.
I have sales data In affiliate commission , I have 1 affiliate with Commission Amount is 0.29.
Then I clicked Manage Payouts : ยป Payout all the affiliates by their outstanding commission amount to date (Option A) –> Minimum Payout Balance: 0.28. Then select this option and clicked Generate Report .
No Affiliates Found in the Database.
Please advice
it is likely that commission has already been paid then. Since this is just one affiliate, go to “Option D” and enter his affiliate ID. Does it show any outstanding commission for this affiliate?

All the options should work fine. I am using it myself and I can see it is working fine. Something is off on this site so its matter of figuring out what happened on your site.
What do you see when you try option D as I mentioned in my previous post? This will help me see if there is really a commission outstanding or there is a misunderstanding somewhere.

Do I miss something ?
