Payments by installment (and affiliating only ONE product)

Hi, I’ve looked for answers to these and can’t find them so posting them in one post here:

1. How does wp affiliate deal with payments by instalments (specifically: I am selling a product product has a 3 part payment in Paypal BUT we just giving a flat rate per sale and want to be sure they won’t get notified that they are getting paid THREE times rather than one).

2. How can I ensure that only ONE of several products currently selling via my website and PayPal is included in the affiliate programme? I’m only wanting to affiliate one specific product but there’s a slight chance someone would click that affiliate link then browse around and buy a different course and we don’t want those affiliate sales credited.

(The only answer I found for this was about the Estore which we are not using – we sell directly from our own website using PayPal).

3. Basic question: does the sales page domain have to be the same as the domain affiliates register at?

What you need can’t be handled with the simple paypal integration of the affiliate plugin unfortunately. The standard paypal integration of the affiliate plugin is for a standard buy now or subscription button.

Yes, the sales page have to be on the same domain where the affiliate plugin is.
