I am testing the plugin so I have access to both Paypal accounts.
I am using two Paypal accounts for testing:
I purchased the product using a BUY NOW shortcode. My Paypal account was charged and I received a receipt from Paypal.
In my email I received WP-estore Payment Verification Failed.
I checked the product Paypal account and no money was received.
Where did I go wrong in the set up?
Thanks
Colin
It is likely that your payment is “pending” – meaning your PayPal account profile setup might not be correct. This post had details on what things can go wrong with your PayPal account to trigger this error:

The other thing that might be happening is that a verification step is failing… meaning some setup on your store is not correct.
The debug logs should shed more light.
Please enable debug as per the following link and then share the output of the ipn_handle_debug.log file after you have tried another test purchase:

Thanks for the quick reply. The problem was with my merchant set up in PayPal. For some reason I had not yet verified the account email however, as the buyer, my product purchase notification email was found in my SPAM folder. Anyway to prevent this?
Good to hear that fixed your merchant account issue. The following post will help regarding some emails going to spam:
