I’m doing a test of the payment and everything goes well untill we are at the Paypal page where you put the account and password, it send a message like “Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly” and “Please re-enter your PayPal password.”
I’m using my personal account, not the bussiness account, what should I do?

Hi, This something you probably want to ask PayPal support.
Is there a mistake in the login credentials you are entering there? Are you trying to log into the same account where the payment is going to?
Please post a link to your products page so I can take a look.
My website is under construction, I’m doing all the testing before go live. I’m sending the paypal to my personal account to my bussiness’. I’m sorry for my ignorance but Do you need my web link like admin?
Send us a link to the page where I can go and click the buy button. That way I can log in via my PayPal account to see if there is any issue (there may not be any issue at all).
