Payment Method (Manual) not working

Okay so I received a call from client that some customers attempted to click manual to purchase a ticket but were unsuucessful, it appears it does not work.

Now even though you dont need an account with PayPal to use your credit card some people are not aware of this.

So my question, what is this manual function? Is there a way to get rid of it if it serves no purpose? And is there a way to add visa,MC,Amex, purchase icons so those who dont know that paypal accounts are not necessary for a purchase are not confused?

The word manual refers to a manual process of checkout (meaning there is no automatic/instant payment option). This is useful for people who want to accept payment via a manual process such as Bank Cheque or cash payment.

Go to the Payment gateway settings tab in eStore and uncheck the “Use Manual Payment Option” checkbox if you don’t want to use this option.
