KeymasterI don’t get any error. I clicked on the add to cart button on your page. Then clicked the checkout button in the cart. It sent me to paypal. I can go ahead and hit the pay button.
Regarding your currency selection…. our plugin accepts any currency that PayPal supports.
I don’t see INR as a supported currency on the following PayPal page:
https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/currency_codes/
Can you ask PayPal support and ask them if your account can accept INR currency via a shopping cart payment?

ModeratorThe error is coming from PayPal, not our plugin.
The error message is quite clear…
Transactions between Indian residents must be made using Indian Rupees
It means…
- You must be an Indian resident.
- The buyer must be an Indian resident.
- The payment can only be in INR.
This seems to be an ongoing PayPal issue, that only PayPal can resolve:

My suggestion is that you call PayPal customer service; as this is not a plugin issue.
