To see the problem go to any products and put one in the basket for example:
shop.software-partners.co.uk/capella-music-software/
Select the Sagepay payment option. You can enter address details but when it tries to connect to Sagepay for card details it hangs.
I have migrated my server and updated to the latest estore and payment gateway but I think the problem existing before the migration and certainly before the estore/gateway update.

HOW did you migrate your server? Did the domain or directory structure change?
No changes the webserver company migrated it using their copying tools. All the addresses/ directory structure etc. remained the same. Everything else worked as before including all the other estore elements such as the automatic issue of licence keys.
Only thing that changed was the IP address as we use a Virtual Private Server with its own IP. Domain name server addreses must all be OK as everything else is working.
