I followed the instructions at http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-payment-gateway-bundle-%e2%80%93-authorize-net-arb-setup-automated-recurring-billing-1281.
I used [wp_pg_eStore_ARB_subscription_button id=1] shortcode for my payment buttons. Nothing comes up on the page where the button is placed.
Can you please post a link to the page where you your button is supposed to be?

Hi,
Your “subscribe” button seems to be ok.
For the “Add To Cart” button, you will also need a shopping cart shortcode somewhere on the page or in the sidebar etc in order to show the items which have been added to the cart, ie, one of a number of shopping cart shortcodes you can use is:
[wp_eStore_cart]
Alternatively you can add the shopping cart widget to the sidebar from the WordPress widgets menu.
Did you watch the videos on this page that shows you how to setup the shopping cart and get add to cart buttons working?

It does not show in Internet Explorer for me. I do see it in other browsers.
Please see this post for possible workarounds for the Internet Explorer issue:
I have deleted all lines for both pieces of code. I still have the same issue.
We have made a slight change to the payment gateway bundle addon that should help. Please download a new copy of this addon from here and let me know how it goes:
