We have the Payment Gateway installed and configured and working fine for subscriptions.
When we try a Buy Now button for a single product we run into problems.
We are using the following short code:
[wp_eStore_buy_now_for_specific_gateway id=”6″ gateway=”auth_aim”]
We have only Authorize.net configured in PG – no other pay gateway configured.
The transaction appears to process fine in Authorize.net and we get the emails we expect to receive.
However, from the user’s perspective after providing their info on the collect details they are take to a “processing transaction” page off site and nothing else happens.
We expect not to be taken off-site and to have the user returned to the URL specified in the product.
Any ideas?
We need to roll out this product purchase as soon as possible.
