just got notice from my client that the estore payments appear to be going through for the customers, but they aren’t receiving the orders on the store side. they are getting payment verification failure notices. it would seem simply that the people placing the orders don’t have sufficient funds, but looking at the logs, it’s the last 5 customers which doesn’t seem legit. here’s what all of the last 5 log entries say:
[10/21/2014 11:42 PM] – SUCCESS :Paypal Class Initiated by 173.0.81.1
[10/21/2014 11:42 PM] – SUCCESS :Post string : (omitted – it’s long)
[10/21/2014 11:42 PM] – SUCCESS :Connection to http://www.paypal.com successfuly completed.
[10/21/2014 11:42 PM] – SUCCESS :IPN successfully verified.
[10/21/2014 11:42 PM] – SUCCESS :Creating product Information to send.
[10/21/2014 11:42 PM] – SUCCESS :Seller Paypal Email Address is Valid: (changed email here)
[10/21/2014 11:42 PM] – FAILURE :Funds have not been cleared yet. Product(s) will be delivered when the funds clear!
[10/21/2014 11:43 PM] – FAILURE :IPN product validation failed.
[10/21/2014 11:43 PM] – SUCCESS :Paypal class finished.
they aren’t hitting paypal at all.
You are saying the transactions do not even show up on PayPal?

That does not make sense, because the debug log you submitted, indicates otherwise.
Your issues is the following:
Funds have not been cleared yet. Product(s) will be delivered when the funds clear
