2Checkout gateway – Payment accepted but customer not registered

Hi,

I use 2CO checkout for download products.

The customer can go to payment and pay but they do not get registered after payment and there for no email with download link.

This is for a client so link in private mail if possible.

I do know the module and have set it up for others without problems so hope you can help me.

Have you done the INS setup in the 2Checkout account in question?

Also, enable the debug option in the plugin (if you don’t have it enabled already).
