I have downloaded the free add on for Payline Data, entered the correct info in the authorize.net boxes and get this ‘Hash mismatch’ when clicking on the ‘checkout ‘ button.
Advice?
I think I found the issue, the url should be:
[https://secure.paylinedatagateway.com/gateway/transact.dll]
BUT the one generated by wp estore is:
[https://secure.paylinedatagateway.com/cart/ausi.php]

OK I tried with the demo user / password and it goes to the cart correctly. I am using my username/password correctly. But that’s when the hash error occurs.
I “think” the URL you provided is only used if your gateway is in “Test Mode.” Is that what you are trying to do?
No, I don’t want to be in testmode. I do believe the correct url is generated – it’s something with my user id/ password that I use – but I can’t figure out what. the info is correct. Instructions state to use gateway user/pass for the authorize net api login and transaction key – that’s what I have done.
OK I got it! For other folks who might have the same issue – when Payline says use your user/pass – use the keys under settings that are associated with your user password. So it’s the ‘key id’ and the ‘key’ which is a long string.
Thank you for your diligence, in clarifying this point. Perhaps the prompts need to be corrected.
