Tagged: custom price, name your own price, pay what you want
In my shop, I have some products that have a price, and some that are name your own price. I would really like for there to be a free option — that customers can name $0 as a price. Is that possible? I entered $0.00 as the lowest price option, but I have people telling me that it isn’t actually working for the transaction — they have to add some other minimum amount in order to complete the transaction.
I have had a number of other people tell me that I will need to switch to something different (like Gumroad) in order to have zero be a price option, but I’m hoping you’ll tell me there is a way to do it with eStore because I don’t really want to switch. Help?
Did you specify a minimum payment of 0?

Also, did you check-off the “Redirect to Manual Checkout For Zero Amount Purchase” field?

Thank you SO much! I had specified the minimum payment, but not the manual checkout. Perfect!
