    Hello : )

Just a quick question, I have two membership levels – is it possible to offer an upgrade for a set price from one membership level to another, or do I have to do this manually?

    Let me know, thanks!

You can create an “Upgrade” button in eStore just like other membership payment button with whatever price you want. When the members of 1st membership level purchase it while logged in, they will be upgraded to the 2nd membership level. You can have a look at the following page for more details –

I’ve read that page, but there’s one thing I’m not clear about…

If a member purchases a level that is valid for 1 month, but after a few days he decides to upgrade, does he have to pay again at that time? I’m presuming this is the case, otherwise the payment button most likely won’t work.

But in this case, they need to be told that they can only upgrade at the end of their payment cycle, not so?

I’d appreciate a little more info on this, thanks!

As soon as they make the payment the account will get upgraded. When you crate the upgrade button you can give them a discounted rate for the upgrade. This way even though they are loosing some money on the previous one but they are gaining on this one.

    Does that make sense?
