Password reset issue

Hello, please support:

If I push on forgot password the popup works fine,…but after entering an email adress…….. i can click reset but nothing happend, the box stays there, no reaction, nothing…., no mail is going out,…. rest field gives no respond, nothing,…can just close the popup with close button, no mail, please support

Which version of the eMember plugin do you have?

We are now having this same exact issue. Enter the email address in the popup, click ‘reset, then it says ‘Please wait…’ but nothing happens.
