Password reset field appears in Footer – Google Chrome

I have only just installed e-member and I have not configured any of the settings just yet.

I am getting a Password Reset field in my footer when using google chrome? There are two buttons (reset and close) but the close button does not close the field down.

Can you please take a quick look and see why this is appearing? link

Just updated some content in the footer hook and it is gone now…!
