Password Empty or Invalid For Single User

I have one member who no matter what I do cannot log into WP my site. I have reset her password, tried to log in myself using her credentials and every time I get the same error Password Empty or Invalid.

None of my other accounts are experiencing this issue. Why Her?

Can you please give some ideas on how I can get this customer into my site?

I am having her log in via the Member Log in located on the Menu bar. That works fine, but again when she enter her credentials the error appears. I have searched the site but nothing really matches what I am seeing.

On the assumption that something is “wrong” with her database record; have you tried deleting and recreating a new membership record for her?
