Paid orders appear in paypal but not in orders within the plugin

Hello,

my site motosentresmarias.com has a strange bug, it sometimes doesn’t register an order in the orders section and I only know about it because paypal lets me know there is a payment that came through. I am using version 1.9.1 of the plugin. Thanks
