Some off my pages are build with Thrive Content Builder.

Although I selected Yes, Protect this content and the membership level.

The pages are still visible to not logged in users.

    Any idea?

The solution offered in the following post may work for you also. So give that a try.

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/emember-getting-ether-content-builder-to-respect-security

    Explanation of the issue

It looks like the content added by that builder is sitting outside the WordPress’s standard “the_content” filter of a post or page.

WP eMember’s standard protection uses the standard WordPress’s filter to apply the protection. So it can’t protect stuff that is not wrapped inside that filter. This is more of an issue whereby that plugin is not adhering to the standard internal layout structure of a WordPress post/page. So it will need to be addressed there.

The following post has an example of where another builder plugin was doing the same thing and that developer offered a solution:

There is also an alternative that you can try on the pages that you make with this content builder. The following feature of eMember maybe useful:

You can use a URL pattern to protect all the pages that contain that pattern. For example: using “/projects/” in the specific page lockdown field will protect all the pages that have /projects/ in the URL. So if you create those pages with a URL pattern, you maybe able to utilize this feature.
