It’s strange but some setting changes I make in the admin panel are not saved. For example under Settings > Main Settings > Page Settings, when I choose a new Gallery Home Page and click the “Save Page Settings” button, nothing happens. If I leave and return to the page (or refresh it) it has the original default values. It also happens on the Payment Gateway Settings tab. I can populate any or all of the fields. When I click the “Save Gateway Settings” button nothing happens. If I refresh the page nothing I’d previously entered has been saved.

    I’m running WP 4.9.8 and plug-in version 2.3.5.

There is likely something on this site that is blocking the save action. Can you please do the following test and then try to save the settings to see if there is a change?

Some settings use ajax/javascript to save to the database.

You might have a javascript error caused by another plugin (or your theme) which will affect the saving of some photo seller settings. As per above, do the theme/plugins tests and also you can try these tests too:

Thank you both for responding. I was able to narrow it down to a plug-in (Smush). Once deactivated the issue was resolved, thanks again.
