Hi,
I just upgraded to plugin version 4.8.1 in hopes of remedying a “Requested File Not Found” error customers were getting on some products (2 out of 135 total). Now it appears that my test orders are not getting logged in the database at all–they don’t appear on the eStore Stats page or under Manage Customers, nor when I look at the database in phpMyAdmin, even though I recieved the download email as usual. (I’m also still getting the “Download file cannot be opened. Please let us know. Thank you!” error, but that is less of a problem than the logging issue.)
Has anybody else experienced this? Should I just downgrade back to the previous version I was using (4.5)?

Hmm, ok–the problem appears to have resolved itself. I just needed to remove all cookies and delete my browser cache after upgrading. Now my orders are being logged again.
And the download error?
