I’m getting really frustrated with this plugin.
I cannot get the orders to update in wordpress/plugin after the order has been completed. I have turned on the IPN in Paypal. In the IPN history, it shows they were sent with a 200 HTTP server response… but the website is not receiving the order info.
Trying to test here…

February 7, 2015 at 12:14 am #68460PeterMemberHi,
I just made a test purchase and I didn’t receive an email.
This probably means that the IPN message never got to the plugin. I also noticed that after paying from paypal I wasn’t automatically redirected back to your site.
Can you please enable logging for the photo seller plugin?
Can you check the following settings in you paypal account:
Log in to your paypal acct and go to “Website Payment Preferences”.
What are your settings set to for the following?
1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) “Payment Data Transfer (optional)”
Also find the “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” setting and please enable this feature if it’s not enabled.
When enabling it will ask you for a “Notification URL” – simply set this to [http://bluerabbitphotos.com/store/ipn/]
February 7, 2015 at 4:10 pm #68461mashdunMemberOk. I turned on the auto return… I turned on the payment data transfer also.
Logging has been enabled in the plugin settings but I don’t know where to view the log.
The IPN URL on the website is what in have in paypal.
Still no luck!
February 7, 2015 at 11:34 pm #68462PeterMemberWhat about the “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” setting – did you enable that? This is crucial.
February 9, 2015 at 10:28 pm #68463mashdunMemberIt’s enabled. In Paypal, it shows the IPN Notifications as being sent (200 HTTP response code).
Here is the IPN Message…

February 9, 2015 at 10:35 pm #68464mashdunMemberAfter further investigation… seems my theme is blocking the IPN Notification. Not sure why?
February 10, 2015 at 12:48 am #68465PeterMemberHave you tried reverting to one of the standard wp themes and making a purchase?
Can you also try the general plugin/theme conflict test to make sure that another plugin is not the culprit:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/test-to-identy-a-conflicting-theme-or-plugin
February 10, 2015 at 1:01 am #68466adminKeymasterHow do you know that your theme is blocking it? If you switch the theme to a default WordPress theme (just for testing), does the IPN process correctly?
February 10, 2015 at 1:53 am #68467mashdunMemberYes, I switched to the Twenty Fifteen them and tested and everything worked fine.
Not sure where to even look at on the theme. The theme is Venedor (themeforest), a woocommerce based theme.
