What is the recommended workflow for keeping track of orders that have been processed/shipped.
When getting multiple orders that we need to ship – all we get is a huge list of customers in the manage customers tab – which is kind of hard to easily keep track of orders that we have shipped versus new orders coming in waiting to be shipped.

I am in the process of adding another column to the customers menu where you can set the order tracking status to “Shipping Needed” and “Shipped”. This will let you sort out the customers data based on items that still need to be shipped.
