Hi,
I’m just testing this Order Management Addon for WP eStore and just have 2 questions:
Firstly, what User roles/permissions are used for the plugin? I’m wondering because I’m sure there may be a case in future where the site owner might want an Editor to be able to manage the product handling.
Secondly, would it be possible to only list physical items (or hide downloadable content)? Alternatively, highlight all items require processing by an Editor. I’m just thinking about cases where lots of items (both physical and downloads) are listed – it would be very easy to miss an item requiring shipping in such a list.
Anyway, thanks again for this new Addon – very cool!

See my answers below.
Q: what User roles/permissions are used for the plugin?
A: The Order Management addon permissions work in exactly the same way as they do for the main eStore plugin, ie, administrators or equivalent can use the plugin.
Q: would it be possible to only list physical items (or hide downloadable content)?
A: Currently all purchases are listed whether the products are physical or digital.
What you are asking for is reasonable we will take this comment on board and possibly add this sorting capability of physical vs digital products in upcoming releases of the addon.
