Hi,
i guess this is more a feature suggestion:
I’d like to offer customers to chose between purchasing a personal license or a corporate license (more expensive).
Imho there’s no way to switch between “footer sets” or the like in pdf stamper now.
Would that perhaps be available in the near future?
October 10, 2010 at 2:51 pm #25249wzpModeratorI suppose, what Amin could do, is add a [product_id] footer tag to the Stamper. That way, a file could be stamped as “Product A – Personal Edition” or “Product A – Commercial Edition.” Or maybe even add a [variation] tag as well…
How about it, Amin?
October 10, 2010 at 8:48 pm #25250mikru2010MemberThx wzp. Yes, how about it admin Both ideas sound promising …
October 11, 2010 at 1:00 am #25251amin007ParticipantYeah I can add in a {product_name} tag that will stamp the product name. It will also cover you if using with a variation.
October 15, 2010 at 1:22 pm #25252mikru2010MemberThanks. How will i know when this is done? Will there be an update?
October 16, 2010 at 12:48 am #25253amin007ParticipantI added UTF-8 Font support to the plugin.
February 2, 2015 at 12:27 pm #25254sci3ntistMemberHello. I need to do exactly the same thing as mikru2010.
This is a very old topic, and still in the plugin I do not see a variable like {product-name} or {license-type}.
Another feature request:
depending on the kind of purchase (personal use, education, business)
I need to allow/deny printing for the stamped PDFs singularly, not by a global option.
I am using WP 4.1, and just bought PF Stamper 4.4.6.
Thanks!
February 2, 2015 at 1:35 pm #25255wzpModeratorThe {product_name} variable is supported by PDF Stamper. Are you using it with eStore?
February 3, 2015 at 9:31 am #25256sci3ntistMemberI would like to use it with Paypal.
That tag is not documented in the appropriate page. Some developer please address the issue, to allow/disallow printing and protection on single files and not just globally.

That’s because it’s specific to the eStore integration.
I would like to use it with Paypal.
Using eStore, you are still using PayPal. It just offers you more flexibility and control over the sales process.

Adding settings to the file queue requires extensive redesign and testing of the stamping engine’s architecture; which may impact several other plugins that already integrate with the PDF Stamper. However, you are welcome to request a quote from our custom coding service:
April 2, 2015 at 8:19 pm #25258csyhMemberHi, I’d like to do similar thing but in slightly different way. I have two licence types too – personal and corporate. I’m using WooCommerce where I can define licence type setting product variations.
Is it possible to stamp pdf with different text depending on licence type (product variation)?
I’d like to use “Licensed to {first_name} {last_name}.” for personal licence – like I have it now.
For corporate licence it would be “Licensed to /Company name/”. A company name would be taken from order and if there is no company name provided the plugin would use personal licence text.
