I am currently using an Aweber email capture form in my sidebar (Thesis 1.. I just created a free download for when someone signs up. I would like to use eStore’s encrypted download feature but I’d also like to keep the “box” look for the form and be able to describe the freebie. I want the form to be a sidebar widget, not in the page. Could you direct me to instructions (or is this possible)?
Thanks,
Charlotte
You won’t be able to use the AWeber’s form and use eStore’s download option. You can however create a squeeze page using eStore that will signup the customer to your AWeber list and still use the encrypted download option of estore.
The following two links should give you all the info that you need to place a squeeze page type form on the sidebar of your blog:
How to Make a Squeeze Page Using the WordPress eStore Plugin
Hi,
i have a squeeze form asking for name and email for a free video [http://www.http://catherinedavies.com/allergy-balancing-system-without-laser/%5D
i have integrated it with aweber and set up the list.
1. The customer inputs name and email and clicks download link
2. Customer receives email from e-store with the encrypted download link
3. at the same time aweber sends email asking to click link for confirmation to be put on the list.
I would like the customer not to receive the download till they have confirmed opt in to list.
Is this possible?
thanks
