Open the checkout page in a new window or tab

I have created a specific page for the checkout page, I have activated the option: Automatic redirection to checkout page.

This works very well, but I would like to explore the possibility of opening my checkout page in a new window or tab. Is this possible?

I read in a forum post that there is an option to mention this, but I can not find it.

Remember to install the Extra Shortcodes addon:

You’d then create a link or button to your checkout page, and specify the _blank target, with the URL:

example.com/checkout

I use a single shortcode for all my products: [wp_eStore_fancy1 id = xx], is it possible to open a new window or tab with that type of button/box?

That would be a custom coding job; as the code for the shortcode itself would have to be modified.
