I created products and corresponding membership levels but I forgot to add the membership level # to the product. Someone purchased a subsription, I was going to manually add them but Idon’t know what to put as a username. how can i fix this?
Simply send the user an email and explain to him that this happened. Also ask him what username he wants to pick then you can manually create an account for him and send him the details. He can then log in and change the password.
Alternatively, you can tell him to cancel the subscription and repurchase it.
