oops! Accidentally used buy now instead of subscription

I made a big mistake and used the “buy now” short code instead of the “subscription” short code for a subscription product. Is there any way for the people who purchased with the “buy now” button to be charged monthly as per the set up for that product?

The log in paypal does include the custom code subsc_ref=xxxxxxx

(I’m guessing no, but keeping my fingers crossed!)

I am sorry to give you the bad news but the answer is no. Once a payment is made it’s agreement cannot be changed. Imagine what would happen, if you bought a product using a “Buy Now” button and then suddenly you started getting charged every month.
