Hello,
We are in process of installing and tweaking WP Affiliate Program on our site with AUTHORIZE.NET AIM. Although everything seems to be working, there’s one glitch/problem:
The WP Affiliate system only seems to track the first sale that was made from each customer. From what I could tell, no other sales were tracked on the same visit and same browser.
Is there perhaps a setting we are missing to track multiple purchases from a single customer in a single session? Please advise on what we could be doing wrong. Thank you.
Best,
AJZ
What eCommerce plugin are you using to integrate the affiliate plugin with? I am trying to determine which integration documentation you followed for the affiliate plugin.
Thank you for your response. We are using Event Espresso, here: http://www.eventespresso.com
Also, this method was used to integrate: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-affiliate/api-awarding-commission-via-wordpress-hook-501
Thank you. Are you doing sandbox transactions with authorize.net? If you are then be aware that authorize.net does not issue unique transaction IDs when running in test mode. The plugin won’t award commission twice for the same transaction ID. When doing live transactions you won’t see this issue as authorize.net will issue unique transaction ID.
If you enable the debug from the settings menu of the affiliate plugin and then share the content of the “wp_affiliate_debug.log” file after a transaction I will be able to tell you more.
