Following a recent reinstall of the plugins, everything was working perfectly. Our final change was to force the checkout page to https SSL – whilst the website works fine, after we are redirected to PayPal to make a payment, nothing happens.
Paypal emails a payment confirmation to the customer, but nothing happens with estore – no email to the seller, no PDF stamping and not product delivery to the buyer.
I also noticed that AWeber didn’t add the customer to the customer list!
Can you help?
March 21, 2012 at 11:01 pm #43225adminKeymasterEnable debug and share the debug log file so we can see what it is doing:

Also, post a link to your products page.
March 21, 2012 at 11:38 pm #43226danieoMemberDo I just copy and paste the log into this blog, or do I upload it somehow?
I assume you only need the ipn hande and eStore post payment logs?

March 22, 2012 at 12:55 am #43229danieoMemberBut even after I deactivated the plugin, it doesn’t work.
It appears that the problem is with the stamper, judging from the debug file!?
Thanks for your help.
March 22, 2012 at 12:59 am #43230danieoMemberManual stamping of the file is working!
March 22, 2012 at 2:04 am #43231danieoMemberAlso updated my version of wp estore – still no change
March 22, 2012 at 5:06 am #43232adminKeymasterYep, looks like the stamping is failing for some reason which is messing things up. What version of PDF stamper are you using?
Just to verify… can you please temporarily uncheck the “Stamp the file” option of this product and do a test run?
March 22, 2012 at 5:13 am #43233adminKeymasterAlso, from the log file I noticed your file name has a space which is not good.
Please see checklist #5 from this page and correct that mistake:
Also, you are using absolute path from the file (not a URL). Are you 100% sure you did not make any mistake in the absolute path of that file?
March 22, 2012 at 5:44 am #43234danieoMemberI am using the latest version of the stamper (4.1.5) which I just reinstalled. I am definitely using the right URL for the stamper. Have run the test without stamping and everything works fine. Have changed the name of the file just in case, but it worked previously with the space.
I noticed that manual stamping no longer works although it was working previously.
Now what?
March 22, 2012 at 5:55 am #43235adminKeymasterOkay good, that means we can just focus on getting your stamper to work and the issue will get solved.
1. Forget the whole advanced “Absolute path” for now. Use a plain simple URL for the PDF file.
2. Do checklist #6 from this page and try a manual stamp of this PDF file
3. If the manual stamp works then copy and paste the URL of the PDF file (that you just tested in step 2) in your eStore products “Digital URL Field” and enable stamping for this product.
March 22, 2012 at 6:00 am #43236danieoMemberOkay, I tried that but it didn’t work, just wouldn’t stamp.
Tried to deactivate the stamper and then deactivate the plugin, but when I tried to activate it again, I got the License key is invalid! – Reached Maximum Allowable Domains! ERROR MESSAGE.
Can you reset it please!?
I already went through this a few days ago where we reinstalled it and then it was all working, but then something happened to stop it working again. Not sure why!?
what is the best next step?
March 22, 2012 at 6:07 am #43237danieoMemberDo I uninstall and reinstall the whole plugin? But what is causing this repeated problem?
March 22, 2012 at 6:19 am #43238danieoMembergiven that this has happened previously, I am thinking that it has nothing to do with me forcing some pages to HTTPS.
So I have finalised the site as it will be for the launch with the hope that once we get the PDF stamper going, all is okay.
