Nuisance Spamming Affiliate joiners

I am getting someone spamming my affiliate signups. Each week the same company – google and the same phone number from the US. How can I block them please….or do I have a virus in the software or something????

Enable reCAPTCHA on your affiliate signup page by going to “WP Affiliate Settings” -> “reCAPTCHA Settings Section”.

reCAPTCHA is really good at blocking spambots.
