When i try to download digital products from my website as a test using the Amazon s3 integration, i simply get a blank page after clicking on the download link that gets received in the email. i have followed the instructions to the letter and it still wont work.
please enable the debug logs, try a download and then examine the download_manager_debug.log file. You want to ensure that some specific things are happening:
* Is the product URI being converted in the as3tp format?
* Is the as3tp URI being converted into an http URL that points to Amazon?
* Is eStore “dispatching” the converted URL?
It is okay to post the log results in this thread, be ause your AWS keys are not shown.
Speaking of keys, did you remember to enter your AWS keys into the eStore settings?
