I currently have a site with eMember and eStore…Is there a simple way I can set up the notification emails, as it seems to be conflicting with the wordpress, and both eMember and eStore.some emails are coming in, others are not….I am not an expert so some easy to follow guidance would be helpful.
May 10, 2012 at 12:38 am #44893adminKeymasterThis is a good place to start:
Any specific detail on which email is not coming? for example, the registration complete email not coming?
May 11, 2012 at 9:05 pm #44894Robert.GMemberSpecifics example, I upgraded two members membership level manually in their profile, ticked the box, which generates an automatic email when save is pressed… no emails were sent.
Other member joined today, paid for premium membership and was registered in the members list with the correct level, however her details have not automatically fed through to the wordpress users, which mean she cannot log in to comment, but can log in to access the pages only for that particular membership level..
There is obviously some conflict between the WordPress database and the eMember database.
When I upgrade my own membership.as a test.I receive the correct email notifying me..What I really need is someone to check through my various settings as it seems to me I have something disabled or not disabled…

May 12, 2012 at 10:38 pm #44897adminKeymasterYep, I just sent you a 2nd email (The email is sent to your registered email address). Check your junk mail folder just in case. If you still don’t see it then fill in a contact form from here and we will reply to that:

May 15, 2012 at 3:19 am #44900adminKeymasterIt looks like you didn’t enable the “WordPress User Integration” feature of eMember which is why the WP user account didn’t get created. This documentation will explain how to enable this feature:
