Not Receiving Notification Emails and Not Tracking Sales

Im running the latest version of eStore and wordpress 3.1 and the cart is Not Receiving Notification Emails and Not Tracking Sales. Everything is checking out ok through paypal though and i have IPN turned out. please advise

This looks like a payment for a subscription. Is this associated with a membership payment?

What value do you have in the Subscription section of this product?

What im doing is a 7 day free trial for a product.

Billing Amount: 0.00

Trial Period: 7 Days

Recurring Billing Amount: 37.00

Recurring Billing Count: -1 (for a once off payment)

Ah okay cool. That makes sense. The free trials are usually used to sign up for a membership account or something similar. In your case its just a free trial for whatever… the customer will receive the email after the trial period is up and the actual money gets charged because at that time PayPal will send the payment notification.

PayPal do not send a payment notification for free trial. This payment notification is what triggers the sending of email to the customer. If you want to force the sending of download links during a trial period then you need to charge some money for the trial (for example setup a $1.00 trial).

If you want to give you products for free then you can always use the squeeze form of eStore:
