Not being directed to Paypal to complete payment!

Hi there,

It’s me again –

The plugin is not directing to Paypal after the checkout button is clicked…it just hangs there and never does anything….it was working at first though!

The only thing I did was to FTP the all the files and overwrite all the plugin files, then deactivate and re-activate the plugin. Then I tried a transaction under sand box mode, and then I started having the problem.

I have tried to deactivate -activate – FTP the plugin again, but I am still having the same issue.

Not sure what I did wrong, any help would be appreciated.

I can checkout fine without any issue. Can you please try clearing your browser cookies?
