Tagged: subscription button
I mean, at all!
This is the link for my test subscription: http://sicksubmittersecrets.com/ad-test-subscription/
For example, under Product Details > Product Price I wrote 1.00 (also left empty during previous testings, but it says that product doesn’t meet minimum requirements), and under Recurring Billing Amount I wrote 2.00.
In cart it shows as 1.00, even if the settings under Recurring billing were supposed to override the settings under Product Details.
Also, when I simulate a purchase, the PayPal cart looks like for any other product; it does not show that typical PayPal cart for subscriptions.
Any hint/help would be greatly appreciated since I researched/tested for hours already, but without any result.
You didn’t follow the documentation for creating a subscription type button (you are using the wrong shortcode). Please start by following the documentation here:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/how-to-add-a-subscription-button-for-recurring-payment-400
Let me know how you go after that.
Thank you! I guess I got lost half way.
Now I just have to figure out how to publish it using one of the fancy displays.
The shortcode [wp_eStore_fancy_display id=3 type=3 style=1] doesn’t seem to work, so I guess I have to do more reading.
Make sure you have the extra eStore shortcode plugin installed and active otherwise the following shortcode won’t work:
[wp_eStore_fancy_display id=3 type=3 style=1]
More details on this here:

Done and done. Works like a charm!
Thank you very much for helping me out.
