Hi as in the title
the problem is No download link on thank you page and the emails after the paypal live payment and sandbox test
My blog is a multilingual, English and Arabic every one of them is in separate folder . I installed the wp estore in both of them, the most important is the Arabic blog
The version of wordpress is 3.4.2
I attached this file it has the problem in details snap shots and debug log files

theme to default but the problem still persists

I noticed that in your debug file you have this error message:
FAILURE :Request received for product ID: AK-1234. Could not find this Product ID in the product database (please check the manage products menu and verify that you have specified the correct product ID)
That doesn’t look like a correct product ID. Are you doing a complete purchase from your site or are you just injecting IPN from the IPN sending tool? Make sure to check this post:
Can you please show us the exact shortcode you are using on your page to represent the add to cart button for this product or send us a link to the page with the add to cart button?
October 24, 2012 at 3:04 pm #50610maweaMemberHi, well that product is not on my blog since I only sell videos. one thing that i remember is I found PDT Identity Token for sandbox test “must be the wrong one it was shorter than the original one for the paypal but I canceled it” when I did the test I was surprised to see this strange product even the name of the seller was different I think it was the example test form for sandbox.
Any way i searched for it in the test email inbox but didn’t find it. today I noticed that my blog was breaking down a lot so maybe I’ll re-install the wordpress and see what will happen and tell you later. I think my WordPress install is a little messed up so re-installing everything should sort it out.

October 27, 2012 at 5:30 am #50612adminKeymasterPlease do another test transaction using LIVE PayPal and share the content of the debug files. I need to look at the following two debug file content:
– ipn_handle_debug.log
– eStore_post_payment_debug.log
Make sure to do the test transaction using LIVE PayPal mode (sandbox transaction require a lot of setup and it is easy to miss something which causes this kind of issues).
Also, send me a link to your “Product Page” and the “Thank You” page so I can check some details.

finally the links has been displayed in the thank you page and also in the sent email
but this new problem appears after clicking the download links:

Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:
The file (on the server) containing your download couldn’t be opened.)

also I’m wondering I have a personal paypal account do I have to change it to business account to overcome this problem?

A: No.
I cannot see any issues. I clicked the link for the file you provided and I was able to successfully download it with no errors.
