No image, price list or details showing when I click on thumbnail

Hello,

I have set up the following gallery with a price list with physical prints only.

When you click on the thumbnail in the gallery no details show on the photo detail page.

This is the 11th gallery I’ve created and the other ones don’t seem to have this problem.

I’ve just changed the gallery to digital download to see if that makes a difference and it doesn’t.

Any suggestions?

You are running out of PHP memory during the creation of the watermark.

I would suggest that you talk you host provider and kindly ask them to increase the PHP memory_limit of your server to 256M. This will then automatically fix the issue you are seeing.

Keep in mind that processing images, especially when you are dealing with large sizes, is resource intensive and therefore it is imperative that you get a hosting package that can handle this.
