Tagged: Error Message
When a user enters an incorrect password, there is no error message. The page just refreshes. It’s very confusing for the user. Should an error message be displayed?
There **IS** an incorrect password message. Please post a link to your login page and a test member’s login details so we can check.
Hi, sorry for the delay in responding. My site is here: [www.poudreriverschool.com] Thanks!
We also need a test member’s details so we can test the login.
OK. Actually, I’ll send you to the cloned/test site instead.

Thank you!
I have realized that it is not showing up when I have the member login in a modal pop-up, but it is showing up on the regular login page. I don’t know if there is any way to correct this and keep the pop-up or if I need to just skip that and direct to the login page.
That popup looks a little strange. Where is that coming from? That is not a standard feature of our plugin. Have you custom created that link?
