We have created an a buyer email that says the following:
Dear {first_name},
Thank you for your purchase of: {product_details}
If you purchased an ON DEMAND seminar, your link will be found below {product_link_digital_items_only}
Currently, in test mode (not meaning Sandbox but meaning the produce is .01) we get the following:
As the seller:
1. we get notification that we had a purchase via this plug in
2. we get a Pay Pal notification.
As the buyer:
1. We get redirected to our thank you page after making paypal payment
2. we get Pay Pal notification
We do NOT get an email. On our thank you page we use the following:
Thank you for your ON DEMAND purchase.
Please click on the link below to open the PDF containing the video playback information or right click on the link below and select save as to download and view your ON DEMAND video information.
[wp_eStore_display_transaction_result]
Thanks again!
It says that (as a buyer): You should soon receive a payment receipt and a copy of this download information in your email
We have had a company who says they are very familiar with this look at the issue. After spending $150.00 we are no further ahead. They did look to see if our Bullet Proof Security Plugin was causing issues or other plug ins but to no avail.
Is there anyone that would know what the cause might be OR if you have the capability to fix this. We do not want to put out our ‘On Demand’ videos this way as it’s not fully working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Seller
This mail is to notify you of a product sale. Product Name: Keys to Success
with Shannon Bowen-Smed, Product ID: 14,
The sale was made to (name was inserted here)
Thank you,
Brighter Business Empower Inc.
User Email
Dear (name was inserted here)
Thank you for your purchase of:
Keys to Success with Shannon Bowen-Smed x 1 – $0.01 (CAD)
If you purchased an ON DEMAND seminar, your link will be found below
Keys to Success with Shannon Bowen-Smed –
(the link was here).
YET – as the buyer, we have not got this email. Ugh….is this something small that I am missing?
March 27, 2013 at 4:09 am #54675adminKeymasterFrom your explanation, it looks like emails are not working on your server correctly. First we want to verify that this is the case. Please do a test transaction with debug option enabled which will help us verify this:

Once you are sure that the plugin is sending email but the emails are not arriving in the inbox then we know that somewhere on your server they are getting blocked. This checklist will help you fix the issue on your server’s end:
Towards the end of the above mentioned post it has many examples which are good to take a look at.
