No download link or email to seller

Hello all! Just installed WP eStore and so far, I like it very much. I am having just a couple of problems I could use some help with.

I followed along the initial video showing how to quickly get started. I uploaded a PDF to my media. I created a product. In this case, I did create a coupon that makes the product free when applied, so not sure if that might be causing it. When the purchase is made, the buyer is redirected to the thank you page. This page just says thank you. The buyer gets the email notification, but there is no product link to download or access the PDF. I have tested the link used manually and it works. Also, the seller does not get an email of the sale. So, not quite sure what I am doing wrong.

I am running WP eStore 8.2.9
WordPress 5.8.2
Extra Shortcodes 5.2.4

If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.

For the Thank You page, did you follow these instructions; INCLUDING adding the [wp_eStore_display_transaction_result] shortcode to the Thank You page?

For the buyer’s email, did you remember to add the {product_link} email tag to the buyer’s email template?
