We’re talking about the email your site sends, and not the one from PayPal, et al?
Does the template for the email sent by your site contain the {product_link_digital_items_only} email tag? Note: The {product_details} tag does not generate any links.
May 30, 2018 at 10:39 am #77910MelanieMemberActually, the buyer didn’t receive an email from my site.
May 30, 2018 at 11:59 am #77911wzpModeratorThe buyer should have received 2 emails; one from PayPal and one from your site. The links would have been in the one from your site. Please turn on the debug logs, and perform a test transaction to determine if any IPN notifications from PayPal are being received by our plugin; and also review this:

May 31, 2018 at 4:08 am #77912MelanieMemberTest transaction performed. Buyer receives PayPal email but no email from my site. It appears that the plugin isn’t receiving any IPN notifications. No orders registered in Photo Orders List.
May 31, 2018 at 4:24 am #77913MelanieMemberI’ve noticed that my plug in version doesn’t have a checkbox for Enable Debug, just PayPal Test Mode and Enable Logging. Also, there isn’t a Use Auto Post Payment Processing section in Main Settings, as the video shows.
May 31, 2018 at 6:04 am #77914adminKeymasterYou posted this support topic under eStore plugin so we were giving you estore’s instruction.
It seems like you maybe using the Photo Seller plugin. I will move this topic under Photo Seller.
Yes, go ahead and enable the logging feature in photo seller settings. Then do a test transaction. Share the URL of your gallery page so we can check the log file after your test transaction.
May 31, 2018 at 6:10 am #77915MelanieMemberI’ve done the test transaction as mentioned above. I’m reluctant to share the URL as I don’t want any transactions to take place. Is there another way to troubleshoot this?
May 31, 2018 at 11:57 am #77916PeterMemberHi Melanie
I’ve sent you an email.
June 4, 2018 at 1:54 am #77917PeterMemberHi again Melanie,
I replied back to your email.
Just to repeat what I said in my reply:
I see a lot of DB errors in the photo seller log file. These errors are basically saying that the plugin is failing to write to your DB in some cases.
Can you please ask your host technical support people to help you check the server logs to see if there are any MySQL DB errors or other errors.
When you find the server error logs please email them to me.
