OK, I have been through, and through, and through your support posts.
Issue: No email sent to customer with encoded download ling.
What is working: The “Thank You” page is working, I get the coded link with a purchase. I get the Paypal notices (seller and customer receipt).
What is NOT working: No email with the link, and no record of the sale under “Stats”.
I have run debug and everything seems to be fine, but the IPN debug log is blank:
[12/21/2012 5:05 PM] – Advisory : Log file reset.
What I have done: deleted and re-installed the eStore plug in. Been through the eStore parms and Paypal parms three times. Checked spam folder, went through your checklist.
Please help, I know it pretty much HAS to be something simple as everything else works.
I just realized, may be an additional hint… the download_manager_debug.log is also blank even though I have successfully downloaded the file after a purchase from the Thank You page.
It looks like the PayPal IPN is not setup on your PayPal account correctly. Please go through this checklist which should help you identify the issue:
