which payment gateway are you using and what version of eMember and eStore do you have installed now?
Please update the plugins from here then do a new test transaction and let me know what you see:
Works now. Thanks for the help. I really do wish you guys would publish a change log. In this case, it took me two days of troubleshooting before I bothered you with the question then after updating, I have to test every function of a very complicated site to make sure nothing got out of whack. That was another two days. A changelog would have been a huge help as I would have been aware of the issue before even troubleshooting. I am sure it would help cut down on your support requests too.
There was no issue in the plugin. Basically the coupon code column was somehow out of sync. The upgrade process syncs everything which is why it’s working now. This is just an easier fix than trying to explain the whole database thing.
