I sell digital event tickets, which is basically the eShop response mail after completing payment at Paypal.

In this email there is an email tag for the address {shipping_info}, but this one always stays empty.

Also the customer enters his phone number in PayPal, I really like to receive that one as well in order to make a service call.

And last, I like to make the email look like an invoice with a product line like:

2x Ticket for event @ 27,00 EUR, total 54,00 EUR

Your {product_details} email tag does not cover this. Apparently all email tags to construct this line are present, except for the product quantity.

    Can you inform me:

    – what to do with paypal to get the address and phone number

    – what email tag to use to receive the quantity of purcahsed products

    – Post a link to the page where you have the buy button.

    – What version of eStore are you using?

By default the plugin only tells PayPal to force an address collection for product with shipping (most people don’t like to force the customer to give their address for digital items). This can tweaked following this instruction:

There is an email tag to display the phone number. Please note that PayPal makes the phone number collection optional by default (customers can leave that field empty). You can try to change it in your PayPal profile.

The {product_details} tag does have the quantity information available. It shows the product details like the following:

    Product Name x QTY - $PRICE (CURRENCY)
