I have a successful implementation of the Nextgen Gallery Addon with one major problem: We’re unable to resend download links for customers that have purchased digital downloads (photos) and failed to use the download links within 48 hrs. We’ve added the extended shortcodes and successfully incorporated the ability to request links via email, but the resulting email lists only one product (the template product) with the following message:
“This product does not have any downloadable content”
(1) How can we resend digital download links for Nextgen photos purchased?
(2) Is there a way to fix the email generated by the resend downloadable products links?
If you are using the 2nd method of nextgen gallery integration then there is no way to do the resend link option. The 2nd method dynamically sends the link when the customer purchases it. It doesn’t actually have a corresponding eStore product.
